Aeromat has 14 sets of overlay welding equipment. The overlay welding equipment designed with the most advanced high-efficiency ARC TIG welding process, it can overlay welding the 12.2 meters pipe, the pipe diameter is from DN150 and above. Welding deposition rate is 12.5Kg/h, which is double efficiency than the traditional welding equipment.

-Manufactured in accordance with API, DNV or Project Specifications;
-Sizes ranged from DN150 to DN900;
-Wall thickness up to 70 mm;
-Random length up to 12.2m lengths without girth weld.
